Within 3 to 4 days I was much better with e-stim therapy and spinal manipulation. The decompression therapy has proved beneficial also, relieving pressure in my lumbar region with very little discomfort from the procedure itself. Therapeutic massage has also helped a great deal to relax the muscles that get inflamed as they compensate for my herniated disc.

I have only been coming for a little over a week now and since beginning therapy I have not had any more migraines in the past week and the stiffness in my neck has decreased significantly.
